The Journeys Program received the Gold Magellan Award in 2019 for Professional training
Journeys

The Journeys' was developed to train Independent Contractors to step outside their role as travel advisors and approach their business as business owners.
Key Facts
The Journeys program was developed for a large New York-based luxury travel agency. Because of its size and great reputation, it has had premier worldwide contracts and affiliations with top luxury suppliers.
Over 70% of the travel advisors are independent Contractors.
The agency earns a commission on all products sold and “splits” that commission with the Independent Contractor.
Splits are negotiated with the independent Contractor when they start with the agency.
